"Exact Forms Plus!" - QuickBase provides users with the abiltiy to print forms with it's "Exact Forms" functionality. We've taken that concept to the next level by allowing users to generate Microsoft Word Documents and PDF Documents from QuickBase. QuickBases' native "Exact Forms" functionality will generate an html based page integrating your QuickBase data with a template that you create using Microsoft Word and a macro you must install from QuickBase. The dynamically rendered page can then be printed from your browser. Our utility uses similar concepts but you don't need to install any macros for Microsoft Word. The final output from our utility is a Microsoft Word document or a PDF document that can be printed and stored for point and time data capture. The documents are available for further manipulation so you can add additional information not stored in QuickBase if necessary or to provide non QuickBase users with access to them. We offer the ability to store the documents in QuickBase itself, on your local webserver or with other web based data storage services, such as Amazon S3.

Advanced Version - The advanced version of our Amazon S3 offering provides additional document management features. The basic edition will store only the current version of the uploaded file while the advanced version will allow you to retain multiple versions of the same file. "QB Maps" - This utility is more than just mapping a single location with the Google Maps mapping service, our utility loads up many locations from a QuickBase database, plots them, and allows for additional data for each location stored in your QB table to be available right within the map. So imagine clicking on a pin within your map and seeing your QuickBase data appear in the popup window. You can also click a link within that window and we'll take you right back to your QuickBase record.

"QuickBase-Mobile" is a lightweight software component designed to be deployed on the Microsoft Windows mobile platform to provide access to data stored in any QuickBase application. The mobile application dynamically builds itself based upon QuickBase configuration tables maintained within the target QuickBase application. It is easily created and deployed with minimal effort and does not require an experienced IT resource to do so.
